Terms and conditions

Acceptance

By accessing or using Canva Kill, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

Canva Kill is a subscription SaaS product for AI-assisted design generation, editing, collaboration, and export workflows. Features may change over time, including limits, models, and available integrations.

Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the security of your account
  • restricting access to your credentials and devices
  • ensuring the information associated with your account is accurate
  • all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own breach of security

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

  • violate applicable laws or third-party rights
  • generate or distribute unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading material
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass service protections
  • overload the platform, abuse rate limits, or automate access beyond the published product behavior

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or abuse.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of prompts, uploaded assets, brand kits, and designs you submit or create, subject to the rights required for us to operate the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, copy, and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the service for you.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to all content you upload or submit.

AI Output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing content before publication, distribution, or commercial use.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Taxes may apply. Subscription management, cancellations, and billing history are handled through the billing settings and our payment provider.

Free and paid plans may include different limits, export formats, collaboration features, or branding behavior. We may update plan structure or pricing prospectively.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, model outages, provider failures, or infrastructure issues may affect availability.

Intellectual Property

The service, software, branding, site content, and non-customer materials are owned by Canva Kill or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or materially abuse the platform.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canva Kill and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction identified in your commercial agreement, invoice, or company registration details, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect after posting or after any notice required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
